Engineering, Master’s in Space Engineering and Rocketry from BIT
Mesra, and a graduate degree in Aerospace Engineering, a total of 28
+ years of experience in academic development, innovation,
industrial relations, and outcome-based education, Aftermarket
Services Engineering, Repair Development and MRO Practices.
Having an extensive expertise in quality assurance, industry
alliances, faculty and student development programs, and continuous
improvement initiatives. Taught undergraduate Aeronautical and
Aerospace Engineering students through conventional and blended
learning modes. Before transitioning into academia, I have worked
with leading organizations such as Pratt & Whitney (USA), Turbine
Overhaul Services (Singapore), Cyient (formerly Infotech Enterprises
Limited), Cognizant (USA), and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL),
gaining expertise in aftermarket services engineering, repair
development, project management, and MRO practices.
